We've added New User Permissions 🎉
We have updated the user permissions in the team management area. You can now give employees access to edit certain parts of the treatment details or take that access away. There are two new permissions:
Treatment Fees Permission - Lets the user edit the Treatment Fees section of the Treatment Details.
Courtesies Permission - Lets the user edit the Courtesies section of the Treatment Details.

Enhanced Insurance Estimates for OON UCR Charges are here! 🎉
We've been working hard to improve insurance estimates for out-of-network Usual, Customary, and Reasonable (USR) charges established established by Government Employees Health Association (GEHA). So what's new?
You will now have quick visibility to know if a patient is out-of-network
The insurance summary page will now indicate whether you are out-of-network.
The UCR rate on file will be visible in the fee details section, providing greater clarity for all parties involved.
The benefit calculation will now use the lesser of the two amounts between the treatment fee and the UCR rate to determine the available benefit. Note that no network discount will be applied, and if a leased network is selected, it will override the out-of-network fee schedule. Cheers!

Suspended Contract Visibility 💫
We've added an alert that will appear on the patient ledger to let you know if a patient's contract is currently suspended. Within the alert, you'll have the option to reinstate the contract. Selecting this button will take you directly to the contract management page with the option to reinstate the account!
